Refund policy

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Or In cases where the product is damaged and the safety seal is compromised you can return it to Solimar Paris LLC with proof of payment receipt for an exchange. No refunds will be entertained.

Return shipping is free of charge and on us. Please note that single-use products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused; that means sheet masks are not eligible for return once opened.

No refunds or returns on individual items comprising the French Skincare Regimen Kits.

For a free return shipping label, e-mail info@solimarcare.com with your order number (PL-----) and "RETURN" “EXCHANGE” in the subject line and the product(s) you would like to return as well as the reason for your return in the body.

Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Solimar Paris will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.

* Dirham/Dollar value discounts (including Solimar Paris Point vouchers) will be automatically converted into a percentage discount so that each item returned in the discounted order will receive a discounted refund. Dirham/Dollar value codes can not be refunded and are single-use only.

solimarcare.com can not accept returns for purchases made in 3^rd Party Sites or market places of any location.

Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return. Site-wide promotional sales (Dubai Shopping Festiva, Summer Surprises, Black Friday and Cyber Monday) are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
